Your not wrong, if the buyer hasn't paid they shouldn't be able to leave feed back

same as if the seller isn't seling as described or doesn't send they shouldn't be able to leave negative feed back for the buyer

Agree with you totally mate. Iv just recently lost out on Ł400 on friggin flea bay aswell.

Bought a set of RS 7 Spokes off a bloke, got a couple of emails from him about the delivery and everything. Paid him and the next day the cunt became an "un-registered" member.

Havnt heard from him since and cant really get ebay to do anything on my behalf. Left me in a right situation as id already given my word to some 1 on here to sell my wheels to him.

Worst part of it is that i cant leave feedback for the scumbag. So i doubt il ever be using flea bay again for any big purchases.

Feel for you mate, but trust me, getting negative feedback isnt the worst thing that can happen.

And its true what "RS2300 4x4" has said, ebay have sent me email after email about me owing them their fee's before they freeze my account, but in nearly a month iv only had 1 email from them about being ripped off. Makes you think wether the scammer or ebay themselves are ripping you off! All ebay is intrested in is THEIR money, NOT YOURS!
