Default Young driver Insurance Recommendations please!!!

Hi, I've been driving for less than a year & own a Fiesta Turbo, the only insurance I can get is if I have my partner beside me when I drive, which is no good as he works all day & i'm a stay-at-home-mum!
When I was still learning I could get insured on Glyn's Escort Cosworth but now i've past they either don't want to know or they give me stupid quotes!

Please help me!!!

You'll have to do some serious shopping around, it'll depend on your age, no claims, and on the spec of the fezzy. Adrian Flux or HIC may give you a quote.

Oh, thanks Jim!
Even if I put my partner as the main driver they won't help. He's 29, driving for 10 years & no claims?
I'm officially pooped then?
Cheapest so far is £1800!!!

No way, i'm not giving up, even if I have to pay £1800!
I'll just have to sell my body to afford the payments!

My bro got his FRST at 19 after owning a 1.2 Nova and 1.6i Ghia Orion. With 2 years NCB they still shafted him for £1400.

I don't think £1800 for a driver of your inexperience (in the insurance companies eyes) is too bad in all honesty.

Do not waste your time with Diamond, Elephant or Admiral. They are complete and utter shite
