Why do we still have no search?

Its been ages!!! The sites too big not have the search, I know the main men are sorting it but its really spoiling this site for me as there is such a wealth of imformation there but you can't find it, its getting bloody annoying now!

yep would like it back. imposible to find my posts without it, have to scan back about 10 pages if i leave it 24hours after posting lol
