I'm curious as to the amount and what kinda sensors are on a S2 engine.

For example, the one in the charge carrier.

What others are there? (I know theres quite a few dotted around the engine)

And are any/all still avalible from Fords? I'm going to replace them all over a period of time. (Later, rather than sooner )

A list of them all would be nice

 

knock sensor (green)
thermo time switch (brown)
airflow sensor or charge temp sensor? (crossover pipe)
engine temp sensor front of head next to ex manifold right hand side if facing)
yellow onebelow CSV but forget what it is?

emm emm, all i can think of atm

couple of others

tps on throttle housing
thermo time switch
cold start valve
coolent temp sensor (below plenum)
aux air device (black tube and sourcer shaped thing on plenum)

basically theres two below plenum and a shit to get to, yellow and brown, the black on on aux air behind/on plenum, cold start (blue, obvious)

all i can remember at the mo

I replaced all mine but the price The tps alone was £60 Think it came to nearly £200

Tony Turbo, Fank Tone - thats the only one i'm not to fussed about as i'm running a S1 loom it wont have a plug for it (i think )
