just blown the engine so it came out . got a 500 block , sent it to joe stevens at bluesprint and he is building a bottom end then the head with wrc 8 injectors . should go ok after that.

front diff had a clean for the first time in years i think

Nice wheels - very rare only seen them on one other escort before and never on another car.Apparently they're of Jap origin, am i correct?

yeah they are jap . enkie's . i bought them off my mate who had them on a white 3 door. 8x17's 245/35 on the rear and 215/40 on the front.
i have had so many people telling me to change them but i have never seen any more on a ford so they are staying putt.

Was his 3dr featured in either Fastford or Performance Ford a while back, with "devil" style front lights and smoked rears IIRC?

Awesome. I'd deffo keep the wheels - very rare, only ever seen them on your car, your mates 3dr and an escort cosworth.
