Was an hour down the motorway when Chris the Hampshire Chairman rang me from Coombe to say I'd won best car on club stand for Hampshire, silverware was given out by Tiff -gutted as he seems a top bloke and it would have been nice to have a quick chat

Extremely sound bloke and very chatty....

He even took 1 of the Beds Grp members Mk2 track cars out for a few laps

 

Did he drive like he normally does, ie sideways

I had the pleasure of escorting Tiff around the show, very easy going guy top bloke I enjoyed his company so much and had such good feed back throughout that I've provisionally booked him for next year

 

Didnt see him Thought he was going out on track but didnt really notice

 

I see Rod Tarry had hold of his ear for a good wedge of time

I think that might have something to do with his 200 mile an hour car and building it under a certain budget (40 grand I think), hopefully we will see his saff on TV soon

Hi matcos when i saw you in the morning cleaning it i said to my mum and dad (parked next to you)that yours looked the best as you went early you missed what happened on the hampshire stand
