id of give you double that
plate will stay on the shell now as i didnt realise that the car needed to be taxed, motd and insured in the last 6 months to remove the plate,as i had already stripped it the day i collected it this wasnt possible to sort,i tried to get it on retention but the vehicle needs inspected by the dvla, now as iam sure most of you are aware this car has a little bit of history in the form of a reshell in to a motorsport shell, therefore no ford stamped numbers in the shell.
now iam not prepared to lose a shell over a number plate so ive refunded goerdie1 and explained, nothing more i can do and thats the end of it,case closed.
shit, but thats life, next time i know what to do if need to take a plate off a car.

iam sorry,i honestly am,if i hadnt sold the shell before all this came on top i would have tried to sort it out but the shell has gone now,
i honestly dont personally like the plate but can see where your coming from,i do feel a total arsehole for letting you down.

Guys, chill out, I've never met Tim (TFRallyesport), but he has a very good reputation on here, I would be surprised that he would jeopardise it that easily.
He has apologised and I have no doubt his apology is genuine
Remember, it's been weeks, not days since the ad came up, Tim had plenty of opportunities to pull out the minute the post was up as he got "told off" for selling it so cheap in the first place by a number of people (there was even a separate thread about it).
Tim's mistake is an easy one to make considering how complex DVLA makes things for us these days (for our own good too though).
I feel sorry for Georgie indeed, but no one lost any money at the end of the day.
