right the joint between my manifold and downpipe is blowing. Ive put a new gasket in, new studs and STILL its blowing. driving me nuts now! Any ideas as to why its not sealing. Its blowing right at the front(facing radiator).
xr3i mfi btw not that that will make a difference.

Maybe try using some exhaust paste on both sides of the Manifold. Worked for me.
