1 pair 360/140 inserts,
1 pair top springs seats,
1 pair lower platforms and locking rings(anodized)

1 pair of springs, choice of
10" (free length) 400lb
10" 350lb
12" 300lb

1 pair of springs included only not all.....

Came as part of a box of parts, in very good condition and if they have been used done very very little.
