what oil

Sorry if this has been asked before but what oil do you peeps use on your escort cos. I was told to use castrol RS but it does sound a bit tappy? Cheers

Castrol RS, but not the piss water 0w-40 stuff from Halfords!!! You need the 10w-60!!
