what oil should an S2 RST use?

incase anybody knows the car i have (as i'm new to the forum)

its a mk5a with an S2 RST engine, RS2K Bodykit some ford bucket seats of some kind,

oh and its Red

also need to know what g'box oil to use

 

how many miles has it done? what power it pushing?!

most people will say silkolene 10-50pro s or mobile 1 15-50 or castrol rs 10-60.....the choice is yours!

im running 10-50 pro s with over 200bhp @ fly.....

 

I use Mobil One Motorsport engine oil and Mobil SHC (fully synthetic) in the gearbox.
