you need to be a bit more precise - you could be purchasing engine lifting eyes that bolt to the side of the head, or hydraulic tappets.
either way, the tappets are expensive from ford, but there are sets of OE ones on floeabay for about 80 quid - i think phil (peevee) bought a set of these and said they're all good
