Default S2 ERST - Escos brakes

What discs are required for it to be a direct bolt on job, 2wd discs? If spacers are needed, how big do they need to be and where do they sit? i.e between the disc and hub face or between the caliper carrier and the hub.

Cheers

3 door disc's and Escort/Sierra 4*4 calipers with 1 mm thick spacers(washers) between the mating face where the caliper carrier bolts to the hub casting.
