Piper 285T2 cam, vernier pulley, stage 3 turbo (48 exhaust housing, 55 trim, 360 degrees bearing)
31 actuator modified inlet manifold to hold fiesta turbo fuel rail and pressure regulator, 803 green injectors
Cosworth throttle switch and manifold pressure sensor, 3 bar map sensor
AVA mv220 fully mapable management, AVA one-off front mounted RS500 style intercooler, repositioned pace alloy radiator, modified charge pipe and boost pipes, samco hoses, swirl pot
Bailey header tank, bailey breather system, bailey evo dump valve.

Peaks to 22psi, holds 18psi to rev limit 7000rpm
Dyno proven 230@ the wheels at AVA glasgow.

first 6 photos are when car had just been painted which was last wednesday,got good pics of intercooler when rebuilding it as u can c,last 3 are before car was painted,as u can c there was not much wrong with it,but u know what us rs boys are like,its got to be right,its 110% now! big thanks to my mate Ryan at rw autopaint for doing a cracking job if anyone in central scotland requires any body or paintwork done hes ure man!! from a bump to a bare shell respray,his number is: 07788986919,and last but not least thanks to davy again for postin pics as holty still hasnt showed me how to do it!!
