ive got so much pisston slap even when warm it does go a littel less slapy when warm but when cold you can here it could that be because ts runnig so rich that its wearing the boers or pistons out coz 2nd rebuild coz of pisston slap

 

You said this is the scond build, did you use new pistons on the last build or secondhand ones?

what condition was the pistons in before ya refitted em

did ya change the little ends too
