Cosworth exzaust heat shields ?
Is it he exzuast or turbo heat shield i need or both 
old asbestos looking one is crap and has started to melt clutch cable 
where from ? chrome/mirror image preferably

go for a prpoer one spec r were the first to do them and got heat resistant material on the inside i could ask for you as pete loves me well sort of my car is going there next week for lots of new bits
Here's a turbo heatshield from www.melneiengineering.co.uk , it goes all the way right down and covers mostly all of the downpipe aswell :
