This is doing my tits in.

Fitted the Nomad boost gusge into it's nice A pillar pod. When the engines running there is a ticking noise that can be heard from the guage

Any ideas I can try before assuming the guage is faulty and taking it back?

 

Reduce the air flow down the pipe to the guage with an amal valve jet or similar, seen it happen with the old style Superchips (and a few other types of guages) boost guages
