Default rear brake line info needed (yes something else broke lol)

right found the problem i had with brakes it was the the rear brake cylinder leaking so ive now fitted a new one but 1 problem as normal nothing go right first time the brake pipe broke its the one that goes from end flexi to the back of hub to the cylinder.


now can you buy braided 1s for this bit or do ford stock them ???? or will i have to get 1 made up ?????

Try a scrappy mate, or sure they the same on any Mk4
Ford should still stock them yes

Just go to your local motor factors they will make you one up. Thats what i did for mine.

got one made up only Ł5 so not that bad done it all and brakes still crap there play in peddle still im waiting for my rad to turn up an the bloody thing can go to a garage ive had enough of pi$$ing around with it now

I know if sounds daft, but this was the problem with mine

The stub axle (driveshaft nut) was loose and causing a teribble peddle - now its fine and solid as a rock
