I have a kent cam but its worn at only 10k..was thinking a piper t2 with double valve springs and anti pump lifters...
The newman cam sounds ok from what plp have said but abit on the pricey side..as he said you can only use the solid lifters with it..which means buying a clamping tool etc aswell.
Anyone fitted the newman solid lifters there selfs? what are they like for adjusting?

they come with a lock nut and a bolt in the middle of them, you have to turn the screw until you have the Desired clearance and then take it out and lock the follower in the clamp to tighten the nut.takes a while to get it right 8-10 inlet 10-12 exhaust
