Do the vent blanking plates have the centre bits?

 

don't know what you mean by centre bits mate. the plates are basicaly a copy of the bonnet vents but without the ventilation holes, they screw onto the vents from under the bonnet and stop crap and water getting into your cone filter, they also look a bit bling if thats your bag.
