hi guys,

my 1988 cab turbo is running standard apart from a k&n and a dump valve and a scorpion exhaust.

What is my best route for getting better bhp without spending silly amounts of cash!

dump valve off
K&N off (replace with std airbox with front cut off top part)
and ideally u want a mongoose or magnex exhaust, or get the backbox moded on the scorpion to 2.5" (not th etailpipe, the piping inside the backbox itself)
then get a -31 and an unlimited boost chip and get a re-map!
then your looking at a cam/ic to go with the chip and -31

 

how can you have a name like that and tell me to take my dump valve off! lol!

I was thinking about taking her tomotorsport developments to get a stage one chip and -31 etc. £300 all in which seemed good?

Honestly tho, d/vs sound good, but do fuck all for performance nor do they do rst's any favours, it will run better without and wont cause any probs

£300 is prob a competitive price, im not sure tho, but i reckon thats a good option and place to tak your car

 

ive just had my car chipped at motorsport development and there did a spot on job to.

£300 is a good price, as i got quotes for about £450 every where else
