Hello all

Ive just about got my car all sorted now i want it set up for peice of mind, i want my car set up to run 18psi what rolling roads are there near Portsmouth south england that youd trust with your car?

I dont want it blown up and i want somone one to set it up who knows about rsts, but at the same time i dont want to spend £300 getting it done i am looking to spend about £100ish reckon this would cover it or am i looking at spending more?

i took mine to motorsport development last week, and did a spot on job and know wont there doing

it cost me £300 for a chip, -31 act, and setup, but a setup should only be about £100ish

I HAVE -31, FULL X ZORST, COSSIE 2WD FRONT MOUNT, GREEN AIR FILTER, RAISD MY REV LIMITER TO 7.2K PIPER 285T2 CAM COSSIE FUEL PUMP.

Just want it setting up so i can turn her up to 17-18 psi again, i heard a rumour that scc in saint albans london were getting a rolling road? there only 100mile from me.

 

I heard engine advantages where a good place to take it. Near Dartford i think my mate said they did a great job sorting his cossie out. I want to take mine there in july.

 

Engine Advantages are in Witham Essex.

I would go to Power Engineering in Uxbridge if you really want a Rolling Road session. Make sure you get Chris to tune your car though.

if u can i would find a place which uses the later technology of a road lambda check, its around the same money, but its setup from road conditions,APT done mine in Norwich, maybe to far for you.

Also APT has the technology to check the pulse from your fuel pump, its the first thing they checked with mine,and found it was very tired!, good job really as could of ended in

 

scc do the above kind of tune ie on the road and said they would do it for about £70 including lambda but im not sure if they will be expecting me to have a sensor in my downpipe or if they are going to attacth one to my back box or somthing as i dont have one i need to phone them but i always forget what i want to ask them lol.

That is really cheap
I payed 250 for a setup, at a well known tuner in denmark, and then it turned out that the chipped ecu I bought wasn't chipped after all
So 250 out the window..
