You will probably find that with that turbo, you will have less power at that boost (due to charge temps) than if you ran it lower and didn't actually overspeed the turbo .

There are VERY few turbos that don't go outside the efficiency of their compressor map at 2.7 bar, but you show me where yours doesn't and I'll glady accept one of these . Until then, you can have it up ya .

As Steve pointed out right at the top of the page, does it matter what power it makes at 2.7 bar?

If it was put on the rollers, and a power figure given, then people would only say derogatory things about the rolling road.

Since the engine isn't going to come out to be dyno'd, and the car's not going to Brunters to see how a track car does at top speed run (in exactly the same way that Rod's is top speed and not for track), does it matter one fuckin bit what power it makes?
