Default S1 Radiator.....

.......can you still get one new? if not genuine Ford then maybe a repro one?

also whats the difference between the S1 and S2 radiators?

s1 rads dont have water outlet for turbo as s1 turbo's are air cooled. not sure about availability.

If there no longer avail, could try an alloy one from pro alloy etc or get your origonal re-cored

S2 rad is totally different form the S1 rad, but any radiator from a 1.6CVH mk3 Escort will fit fine. Only the mounting location is slightly moved.

Go into your local Halfords. And ask them. I got one 2 months ago and its bang on cost around £50.

Checked today, Price is about £120 but theyre no longer available

Will try some of the motor factors tomorrow
