Default help please

need help peeps bought a strut brace got it home went to fit it and urrrrrrrrr


what is this can i just mount it somewhere else and get a longer piece of hose or is it positioned there for a reason :P
help please

Not a clue. Never seen one of those before fitted to the heater motor cover.

That pipe normally goes to the ECU situated behind that plastic cover on the rear bulkhead tho...well it does on my S1 and S2.

That is a very important sensor. It's the MAP sensor and is usually mounted upside down (something to do with the effects of gravity on it and to stop contaminants running ino the sensor) on the inner wing of a Cossie. The length of the pipe is critical IIRC. They are also suceptible to vibrations IIRC so have to be mounted off the engine.

If you move it/lengthen the pipe, get the fueling checked in case it has effected it.

That is correct. She is obviously not running the origional Bosch KE-Jet and the Ford ESC 2 system anymore. My guess is Cossie/Webber Marrelli management but the Webber sensors can be used on other management systems too.

I dont think its running MFI anymore by the looks of it?
Cossie management i think???

the car is running cossie management and that is my 3 bar map senser so i have been told all sorted now and the strut brace is fitted thanks for the help tho peeps
