anybody know what might be the problem. the rs turbo is stuck in 1st gear and it isnt the gear linkage, its a stage 2 bernie box, any ideas

 

my car got jammed in gear when i snapped the mainshaft on a hard launch

stage 2 bernie box, shouldnt be a prob though

does the gear linkage move or is the whole lot jammed in first?

 

errr, its all jammed, the gear lever wont budge, and brother has checked the underside and said the gear linkage hasnt come un clipped

 

seems to me like the fault is with the box

give bernie a call

mine got jammed, cos the mainshaft snapped, and all the internals seized up. hence why it wouldnt come out of gear. does the car drive in gear? this may give you some clues

 

yes, drove a few miles with it in 1st
