Help pls!!!Rear caliper Piston!!

Caliper was left lying around 4 ages and Piston appears to be seized!!! Any tips or tricks to sort it other than soaking it in WD40 or something????
Help would be appreciated.

Why do you say it appears siezed Daz?

You do realise it only goes in on a thread dont you? IE.. twists.. not pushes?

You have to push and twist it,i normally use circlip type pliers to twist them.
