Default Lack of performance....

Hello people, i have a prob wit my s2, ill fill u in on the spec first of all!!!
Recon bottom end less than 8000miles with ARP bolts, recon head also about the same milage kent cam, double valve springs, standard turbo, -31, but also recon, Bleed valve ,bailey dump valve and KnN and full scorpion! The ecu which is on the battery side of the bay has a "Superchips" sticker on it?
Ive only had the car three weeeks so im unsure as to how true the spec is

I had the timing done last week and the boost set to 10psi, as previously it was shockin!!!
With the timing sorted and boost set up it was perfect and i was more than happy with it

I took a trip down to work in cornwall which is about 80 miles from me and ever since its been shit to drive?
It sometimes pulls fine and then it sometimes feels like a snale is quicker :Any advice please

something must of happened during the trip then, check that your dizzy is nice and tight and hasnt moved up or down, as this can alter your timing and make it drive like shit!,

Check all hoses/pipes, for air leaks on the turbo side, and fuel lines.

The sticker if on the black ecu, is the fuel ecu, the only thing which can be done to this (to my knowledge) is a fuel cut rise.

If its on the silver one, its been chipped, to allow more boost to be run, which it proberly has regarding your spec.

Thanks for the peply mate

Im gonna get my timing checked 2mo and aslso do the checks that you have pointed out!!!

The "SuperChips" sticker is on the black ecu? Whats "Fuel cut rise"???
When i had my timing done the bottom bolt was missing from the bottom of the dizzy so its possible that its moved?

There is also a high pitch noise comin from the the bleed valve? It stops when u put a finger over the hole on the bottom of it? Should it make that noise?

The dizzy proberly has moved, its really sensitive.

The fuel cut rise, is a rise in fuel cut at revs of 6200k i think they raise it to 7k, to allow fuel to match your rev limit in your silver ecu, if its chipped.

i think the air will come from your bleed valve its how it vents the air out and it should do it

Problem now sorted, the timing was way out due to the dizzy moving

Changed cam belt ,oil filter, oil, plugs, dizzy and rotor arm to so she is running fine now

Any one suggest a decent place down in Devon to get my car set up properly so that she is running 100%???
