Default buses and cars don't mix!!!!!

Took the misses shopping yesterday in Birmingham, 100 feet from the carpark entrance waiting at some traffic lights when I see a bus behind me moving lanes and the front end coming around the side of my car.

Knew he was going me and couldn't go anywhere as i was behind another car, just about the whack the horn and BANG!!!!

Turns out the driver is about 20 years old, white guy who speaks little english and has no idea what to do!!!!!

Followed him to the depo and spoke to an inspector who gave me the details I need.

Only rubbed the paint of the back bumper but still.

Anyone had a bump with a bus, what are they like for paying out, don't want a long court case trying to get them to admit liability.

IT GETS WORSE!!
I call my insurance to report the accident, get a fogrien call centre with a woman who speak little english and can not understand me so I have to hang up on her, what chance has my case detail got of being taken down correctly by her!!

Tops things of because I was going to go any view a car this weekend and now I can't because i need to make sure this isn't going to cause me problems.

Many years ago a bus ran into the back of my VW Sirocco when I was stopped at traffic lights, pushing me into the middle of the junction.

It took almost a year to get cash from their insurer, and that was only thanks to the legal expenses policy paying for a solicitor.

Yeh, I don't imagine it to be resolved quickly, matters are made worse by the fact that with one day left on my policy I got hit by a black cab back in January!!!

My new insurance are charging shite loads already as the cab driver denies jumping a red light meaning i have to let it go to court, don't want the bus driver to do the same.

On top of that my misses was in the car and her gran was killed by a bus driver last year and has just walked away scott free even after admiting to driving with out due car and attention.

I tell ya sometimes I would rather walk!!!
