Correct Tyre Pressure's and Grade of Oil

Anyone know anywhere on the net i can find these out for a Mk6/7 Ford Escort 1.6 Si please???? Wheels are 14s by the way.

No idea about either m8, but, I bought some tyres off these guys http://www.camskill.co.uk/ and they were able to tell me the correct tyre pressure. Might be worth a quick phone call, they seemed really helpful.
