Nice touch!

What a mug! That'll teach him not to read the auction properly!

Not beign funny, but thats not the point of eBay is it. If you want to break a car advertise it properly. Not on an auction site. You're probably going to get some negative feedback over this.

Rich_w, i know BUT iam not in the wroung here now as ive stated my postage cost and i will happly let go of the car for £10 if he pays 6000 postage so if he gives me bad feed back i will just say he bids wins and didnt pay wich is true and rules are rules as he was saying that iam stupid for listing it at that price and was saying he is coming to collect and needs my address to do so

Remember that now he has won the auction he can get your address and phone number off ebay.

I doubt ebay will want to help you in any dispute as they don't seem interested in anything except collecting their fees, and I don't see a way for them to make money off you selling parts outside their system.

I suspect that if he gets them involved, ebay will give you a warning or even ban you.

Legally you have no obligation to sell it to him. If he bids though he has to complete the transaction if the item is still avaliable.

Tell him to get to fuck

Next time list it as wining a wheel nut and the rest of the car as breaking

Ps to them all saying you should'nt list it as breaking WHY the hell not @ the end of the day people put down that they have the right to end early as advitesed else where

Well done tho on the postage charge But whot if he collects ??? or did you not give that option

I think you made the mistake of putting NO LONGER BREAKING SELLING COMPLETE and you did not add a reserve.

THIS CAR IS NO LONGER FOR BREAKING ONLY AVALBLE COMPLETE £3500

I can see why the bloke is complaining, you have not added anything to the add, it looks like you changed your mind half way through.

You should have listed it clearly, put a reserve and maybe listed the items seperatly.

you're deffo going to get -ve

eBay is awesome for breaking cars, I advertised one or two bits on there when I broke mine and the response I got asking for prices on other stuff was phenominal! Much bigger market than PF.

postage only no collection
So what your saying is that your advertisment is in breach of ebays rules

Sellers may charge reasonable shipping and handling fee to the final price of their item, providing that this fee is disclosed up front in the listing. A shipping and handling fee can cover the seller's reasonable costs for mailing, packaging and handling the item.

Contacting a seller and offering to purchase the listed item outside of eBay

so you have have obviously breached there rules as you have also basically multi listed items in one auction that you say do not bid on and want people to buy parts from your vehicle outside of ebay

you also have a misleading title

and your getting the hump because some bloke is trying to take the piss

when you are trying to defraud ebay as a company
