You'll have to convert it unless your DVD player supports DivX/AVI playback (only a few do).

Nero DVD burning software includes all you need to make your own DVD's using whatever type of video files you have

Cheers,

Andy

I have Nero 6, so if i select 'burn DVD' and add the Avi file it will burn/play as a normal DVD?

Also, will i be able to add more movies to it? in other words all the films are 700mb or less and the DVD disk can hold 4700mb. So can i put 4 movies on it?

I use that to convert the AVI file into DVD format, works a treat.

Nero 6 will do the job, it will encode it into a dvd format, depending on the film itself, and what it takes to encode it, will determine how many you can get on a dvd disc.

Nero, yes, or I got a working version of this the other week to batch convert a load of files to AVI. It also converts AVI to DVD and burns to disc in one easy process.
