is it imperitive to put a new gasket on the comp cover to backplate mating face? as i cant find one anywhere, was thinking of using a bit of hylomar as that stuff is fantastic and can withstand some good pressure

 

I got one from tubo technics, stopped mine from whistling on boost

The compressor nut, holds the comp wheel to the shaft.
