13cm fit straight in the front doors although be a bit carefull on the mag depth as the window drops very close to the back of it!

think the rears are the same if you want to make them fit in the original mounts although i've not yet got around to mine yet so don't quote me on the rears!

Hey steviep

As john has just said 5.25" or 13cm speakers will fit straight into both the front door cards and also the rear plastic boxes that sit on the parel tray.

I've just recently installed a new Headunit and also 4 speakers and a pair of tweeters and was in the same boat as you. "I didnt want to chop or alter anything"
The rear speakers sit ontop of these funny plastic surrounds there is only 1 bolt that holds them inplace so getting them out is easy, but separating the old speakers from the plastic boxes and mesh grille is rather tricky

I'll post some pics here soon

Hey steviep, its literally a 2 minute job to unscrew the door skin and whip out the old speaker.
Having just installed my new speakers Im not that keen on taking them out.
I'll measure the origianl ford ones that I took out for you
I do remember measuring the distance before I would have trouble with the windows and from memory it was no deeper that 75mm, ie a speaker no deeper than 75mm.

Hope this is of some help

i've just put some of there http://www.cdtaudio.com/Classic_Braxial.htm in the front of mine, not cheap but worth every penny if you value your sounds! mount depth is listed as 2 3/8" so i guess that works out to 70mm ish and they are a tight enough fit!
