I can answer that

mine is almoste the same, because of stupides swiss regulations, the original EsCos wing was too "dangerous", so the were modded so owner like meself could put it on their cossies.

Just for the homologation

they say that if you have an accident, the wing can detach and hurt someone... the rules with body accessories such as wings or bumpers are very strict around here.

But I don't see how a modified whale tail such as the one pictured could be less "dangerous"....

mybluechicken: can you remove that ugly looking part that has been added to your wing?

ive seen quite a few pranged escos's - never seen one with a broken rear spoiler - apart from the reyland RIP one
