Got a set in the garage doing nothing so if they fit i may as well make use of em

No.
Not unless you get disks which set the caliper back in further.
They are too wide, they would be mashing the insides of you RS7's,

I always thought you could get brackets to fit the cos 4pots behind the original wheels
