I am thinking of getting a 3dr cosworth to go with my other two. ( I seem to be loosing my will power and just buying all that I see )
I was wondering how much I would have to pay for a good condition moonstone, with low comp engine, lightened and balanced, 330mm discs, ported head, T35, and leather interior?
It sounds good, but I don't know how much would be a fair price.

 

well you seem to have narrowed it down a bit

try finding the right car and forget about the spec, most of the big spec ones i have seen for under £12k ish have been dogs!!

plus i have only seen a handfull of 3 doors with leather and they all look shit , you do know they come with cloth as standard?

 

Yeah I know they come with cloth as standard, but this one has a £2000 hand stiched leather interior with alacantara in the middle of the seats. - not exactly what I would call "shit"

 

fair dos , we are each to our own, i just dont like leather in a 3 door but the alcantara sounds good , especially as its in the middle as it wears very quickly.

I gave up looking for a mint 3 door long ago as i got pissed off with traveling and i know you have to travel the country a few times before you find one

 

Hmmm. I think I am going mad - I have sort of got several now:

a black 3dr with 430bhp
a moonstone 3dr with 430bhp
a moonstone 3dr with 330bhp
a moonstone 3dr with 300bhp
a moonstone 2wd with 280bhp
a flint grey 2wd with 480bhp
a magenta 2wd with 430bhp

I do not want them all, infact I only want the 280bhp 2wd - so if anyone needs one you know who to ask....

 

so are you selling or buying , because if you only want the 280 bhp 2wd why the fook are you asking about 3dr prices??? especially seeing as you apparently own 4 of them (would of thought you would be quite good at pricing them, as you have bought a few)

The explanation:
At the beggining of the thread I had no 3drs, but 2 ("my other two") 2wds - so I was asking about prices for 3drs.
I asked around here to confirm my ideas of prices for 3drs.
I then bought 4 3drs and a 2wd by the time I wrote my last post(i.e. in a very short time span). I wanted to try each out to see which I prefered - I liked the 2wd 280bhp - so I now don't need the others, so they need to move on - but this was not a thread in which to advertise them - they will almost all, given time, appear in the Cars for sale section.

So I was buying, but am now selling.
Got that?
