Default Wide Arch Sierra V6 TurboTechnics Conv

Hey,This is the start of a major project for us,the car was featured in September 1991 in Fast car,was on the cover and was black with the texaco stickers.Since then a wide arch kit and respray has taken place,But since then the car has sat for 7 years and is in need of a lot of work!!!!

mods include a Garret T04 Turbo running safely at around 18psi,MT75 G/box,Seriously played with Motor!!!Was at about 400BHP when was last running properly!!

Its gonna take a bit of time but with the help of a few mates and X-Factor Motorsport,it should be done in around 6-12months!!!and i cant wait to get it done!!!!!
have a few pics here that was taken on the first time i ever saw the car!

Thats what sitting under a pine tree for 8 years will do to it.
We are gonna give it a tidy up on Thursday I think to see where we are with it then make a plan of attack for the restoration.
We need to take the kit off in places to check that all is well on the original shell, also the interior will need stripping to check the chassis properly.
Gonna be a lot of fun and I know there will be a lot to learn along the way with this one as its not exaclty normal lol

I'd like the wheels aslong as I didn't have to pay for the tyres
We've got a lot done in a short time now for the hard work in finding panels and getting them on

its now a 2.9,and most of the engine work has already been done,at the mo we are just working on the bodywork, engine will be checked and serviced, due to it was only rebuilt 200miles ago!but has stood for a while

at the mo unfortunatly its on hold due to we've got to get the xr2 turbo back on the road!
