Hi fellas been chasing down a shake on my steering and looks to me like its the steering rack mounting bushes the rack moves in the bushes about 5mm when I turn the wheel left to right is this normal? I dont think it is. What are the best bushes to use for this application please and is there a how to anywhere please

 

Superflex do replacements. Probably a few other poly manufacturers too.
Undo bolt that holds it to the column spline, undo the two brackets (2 or 4 bolts, can't remember). Rack will then move forward enough to remove the old bushes and fit the new. Bit fiddly but probably an hours work max
