Bumber is from the 2wd cossie. It's the bracket where you tight bolt from the support metal part (fit bumber hanging to chassis).

So the bumber has 2 metal parts/brackets, with the bolt thread. Its not exatly at the middle of the bumber, more like at the corners.

I dont have earlier experience, how to replace these, so looking for some good tips.

If that is a Sapphire rear bumper the metal plate is moulded into the foam, and a 90 degree bracket bolts directly into a captive nut, where the square hole is on yours, the 90 bracket then slides into the car chassis leg, when you offer the bumper to the car, (one on the left and one on right chassis leg) like an 8 inch long spike.
then a bolt is screwed down through the luggage compartment floor and into the top of the 90 bracket, to tighten the 90 bracket into the car.
Yours is rusted and the captive nut has pulled out of it, one option is to dig out all the rusty metal and get it sealed up and fibreglass a new plate and nut in,
or try to bolt a new plate to what metal you have left,
if your quick with a mig welder you could spot weld in a plate, with a wet rag handy to keep the temperature down on the metal....
you will need to fasten a captive nut to the plate before hand.
hope this helps you there fella
