Question How to disconnect fuel return line connector?

Hi,

What kind of tool I need to remove this fuel return line connector? Connector is different compared to fuel pressure line.

I dont know the way how to disconnect that without breaking it.

I have undestood that this connector has high risk to start leaking. Example my car leaked from there. If you are not looking 100% original look, just cut it and replace it with new connecting pipe.

Yes, mine is leaking too and will replace the connector. I was just curious about how to disconnect it, but it seems that you are not able to find any information? The original factory workshop manual does not cover this at all.

I think you will find there are two small holes in the end of the connector ,there is a special two pronged tool to release it.
try pushing the connector to wards the other pipe while inserting a couple of small screw drivers into the holes then pull it off.
you have to be patient

Good luck Tim
