Default Gear shift plastic bearing MT75

looking for some advise
On my gear stick cradle the white plastic bearing is split. The one that fits around the gear linkage ball joint.

I fear it will cause play in the gear stick if I install it back on
I cant find any replacement - so is there anyone out there with experience or knowledge if a new replacement can be found?

thanks

Plastic weld it?
Or find someone with a 3d printer - doesn't look to difficult to replicate

Vote also for 3D print or make one from nylon, which is way harder/durable material. For that you need lathe.

did consider the 3d print but wondering if it will be strong enough....
problem is it is quite hard to get on and over the "knuckle", so needs to be quite strong not sure a repair will hold
anyone know if this part is shared with other Ford transmissions?

that could work perhaps in nylon if someone with a lathe can copy it...

If you can’t find the original part, maybe try looking for a universal bearing that fits. Sometimes people sell spare parts from scrap cars on forums too. You could also consider getting it 3D printed as a temporary fix.
