Sierra sapphire RS build number
Hi, just checking the numbers on the YBG cossie in the Sierra sapphire, mine has a number stamped on the front of the block which is YBG 12xxx and an engine number on the side (and on the v5) of NL5xxx which indicates sep 1992.
from research I believe the last ones were made in dec 1992 with engine number NT xxxx and Ford made 12,250 sapphire 4x4s.
is there any sources that are available to get the build number from this info?
I’m tempted to believe that mine is 12,xxx out of 12,,250 but I’d like confirmation, or any other plate on the body showing the actual build number?
