Exhaust bolt

Hi guys got a scorpion exhaust on the car and one of the studs coming from the elbow is short and the thread isnt the best, whats the best way to get it out to replace with a nut and bolt please

Lots of heat, penetrating fluid and patience.
Worth moving the stud clockwise as well as counter initially to break any rust/bond that will have formed. Then go slow.
