HI all
Would an ST TDCI that is same spec as a 3.0l ST220,with Hatchback, sunroof, climate control etc. be an easy enough task (have the tools and equipment but not so much the time) to swap over to the ST220 variant?

Before I consider such a project of striping down both cars to do the swap is there any quicker way regarding loom swapping (so I don't have to take stuff out needlessly)?

i know ecu, clocks, key barrels, engine, fuel tank, fuel lines, fuel filler cap etc need to be swapped, but can I get away with just removing the engine loom for running the diesel lump and swap across the 3.0L electrics? brake servo etc have same part numbers as that of the ST220.

Or, as I think is the case, both cars need to be stripped down and all wiring etc swapped over?
