Default Help!

1993 2.0 doch sierra running rough, wont start unless pushing accelerator pedal all the way to the floor, runs rough, when giving gas it revs for a bit and then lets out loud bang, ive changed fuel filter, spark plugs, oil, oil filter, cleaned distributor. What could be the issue, took throttle off and measured tps it seemed to be in order. I have no idea what to do, tried checking for air leaks with brake cleaner but didnt find anything. The car was sitting for 2-3 years outside before i bought it. Any ideas, suggestions what i should check/replace?

Try draining or just adding some new fuel.

What do you mean by "cleaned" the distributor?
At a minimum I'd be changing the rotor and cap - they easily fluff up over time/through lack of use. HT leads are worth considering too.
Once changed I'd also be verifying ignition timing.

HT leads? I used sandpaper to clean contacts
