Evening all,

Ordered some plates via there plate builder website Wednesday.

Real easy to use BUT I've had no confirmation email from them.

Rang the number on the website and it doesn't work, emailed them
but no reply.

Money looks to be pending payment still.

Anyone used them and had a similar experience or should I be
looking to cancel the payment.

I'd be cancelling payment judging by the above, never used them personally.

 

sod that sounds dodgy at best cancel payment and go to a reputable seller

Well, still no contact and no plates so looks like its off to the bank to cancel the transaction.

Disappointed to be honest.

I was just updating this....had an email from them, apparently missed my order...odd as I've emailed them enough times trying to sort it. Offered me a refund in the end which I've had baxk this morning.
