Default Brake issue ERST

Hi Folks
Wee issue with brakes.

Reservior was losing fluid. brake pedal went to floor, suspected leaking master cylinder, Bought brand new one and changed it over, Bled the brakes,
thinking solve, as soon as started up car no brake, I assumed then the servo was gone, Change this over, Pedal get stiff when pumped, as soon as car stated up pedal straight to floor with little brake,
Its starting to get a bit frustrating, I am assuming that there is still are in brake lines. I bled the lines twice before servo,
Am no new to this, built 3 rs turbos just never had this issue before

Any other suggestions what can cause this, more than welcome,

Cheers Kev
