Hi, I am looking for a 3d drawing or 2d Drawing of the Plastic steering coloum(Cowlimg for my 1988 Sieera Sapphire RS Cosworth. Mine is in a bit of a state, i cant find a replacement so i was going to 3D model one up for my friend who has a 3D printer.
Looked all online but cant find a drawing, and he dosent have a 3d scanner at the minute.

 

Is it the top part that's broken like the one one in the pic?



There are free photogrammetry apps for smartphones that might give a reasonable STL file to print from.

You would be better off using someone like 3dprint uk to print it as they use SLS Nylon 12 powder printing that looks a lot more like original parts and will not melt in the sun like some of the hobby printer materials.
