Can't help with an answer to your question but if you need extra capacity Pro Alloy can make a taller version.
I had to go taller to make sure it would have enough height to bleed the air out with the V8 fitted.
How much coolant does that hold mate, I currently have 1.5 litre header tank but have to run it very low in tank or have to run overflow tank, I have extra capacity over stock, I'm presuming stock hold more than 1.5 litres
Won't fit mine mate would hit the inlet, I might just run a 500ml overflow bottle that should do it, I've got makeshift one in now to try make sure it's ok
If you need room for expansion, then just run a bare minimum of coolant visible in the header. It does not need to be full ! Just run enough so that when cold, you can visually see there is coolant in it so you always have that reference.
I just use an Audi/VW header tank on mine and have zero issues
And if concerned about HG or something, always monitor/log pressure in the cooling system
And an overflow bottle serves the additional purpose of allowing it to eject water, and then if correct cap is used, draw it back in again as it cools. Although I prefer to keep the system running as a closed system without the need to eject and draw back in.

No arch liners on mine mate at the back, do you know what total capacity of your oversize header tank is ?
I've no idea, sorry.
Only reason I had it made was the fact that the first one had the sight glass centreline lower than the highest water pipe on my engine and wouldn't have got the air out of the system.
